Lessons
All tuition takes place at the Centre in groups of up to four. Each student follows their own learning programme which is set at an appropriate level. Progress is carefully monitored and their programme is adjusted to meet their exact needs at all times.
Attendance
In order to ensure progress and continuity it is essential that students attend regularly. Please contact the Centre as soon as possible in the event of absence. There is no refund for missed sessions but we will try to arrange an alternative session in the term they are missed.
Payment
Payment can be made half-termly or termly in advance by cash, cheque or on-line.
Notice of Termination
At the end of term a place will be reserved for your child for next term. If no cancellation notice has been given in writing or email to Susan Prince by the end of term or 2 weeks before the beginning of a half term, then there will be a charge of £58 to cover the first 2 weeks of the new term or half term and £29.00 for each subsequent session not cancelled.
Complaints Procedure
Should there be any cause for dissatisfaction, please contact the Centre Director immediately.
